For the cover of Otis Redding’s Pain in My Heart, I combined digital drawing and photography to capture the emotion and energy of the music. My other design processes draws on a variety of experimental techniques, including plasticine imprints, layered collages, leaf prints, chalk swirls, and film soup. Each element was carefully crafted to create a rich, tactile, and visually striking cover that reflects the soul of the song.
