This project explores the development of a social media campaign for Team Swinburne, a motorsport company sponsored by Swinburne University. The campaign is centred around capturing the identity, energy, and collaboration of its members, focusing on five individuals through a unified “day in the life” narrative.
The concept highlights both personal roles and collective dynamics, using visual storytelling to present an authentic insight into the team’s environment. By structuring the campaign across multiple posts, each member’s perspective contributes to a cohesive and engaging overall story.
The campaign is designed to improve connectivity with viewers while also supporting the team’s recruitment process, creating a stronger and more cohesive social media presence. A series of reusable templates have been developed and provided to the team, allowing for consistency and ease of use across future content.
In addition to static Instagram posts, motion design will be implemented across reels and stories to enhance engagement and bring a dynamic layer to the campaign.
